Terms and conditions:

1. You are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions by using this E-Coupon.
2. This E-Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given for any unconsumed balance. This E-Coupon Code can be used once only.
3. Advance reservation must be made via http://inline.app/booking/pier1929/pier1929$ one day in advance and is subject to availability.
4. This E-Coupon can be used in dining spaces after 6pm when spending more than $1,500 and valid during 1st May, 2024 to 30th June, 2024 at Pier 1929 only. A maximum of one E-Coupon can be used by each booking on each day.
5. This E-Coupon Code must be presented together with booking, and this E-Coupon will be forfeited automatically upon use.
6. This E-Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
7. This E-Coupon is not for resale purpose whether with the intent to make profit or not.
8. This E-Coupon is void if damaged, defaced or lost and no replacement will be made.
9. This E-Coupon cannot be used for settlement of any fees and/or charges payable to Pier 1929.
10. Pier 1929 reserves the sole and all right to make decisions relating to the activity, and may cancel, postpone or modify any content of the activity (including but not limited to venue, date or time, performance or other activities, entry requirements, gift, discount or other offerings) or amend the relevant terms and conditions, at any time without notice, and without liability for refund, compensation or otherwise.
11. In case of any disputes, the decision of Pier 1929 shall be final.
12. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

2. 此電子餐飲券不可兌換現金及不設找續，並只可使用一次。
3. 必須透過 http://inline.app/booking/pier1929/pier1929$ 預訂連結提前一天預訂，且需視供應情況而定。
4. 此電子餐飲券只適用於2024年5月1日至2024年6月30日在Pier 1929晚市時段(下午6時後)，消費滿HK$1,500或以上，即可以使用。每個預約每日最多只可使用一張電子餐飲券。
5. 請於訂座時輸入此電子餐飲券之編號，此電子餐飲券於使用後將自動作廢。
6. 此電子餐飲券不能與其他優惠同時使用。
7. 不論是否意圖牟取利益，此電子餐飲券一概不得轉售。
8. 此電子餐飲券倘有損毁、塗改或遺失即屬無效，Pier 1929恕不補發。
9. 此電子餐飲券不可用作繳付任何應向Pier 1929支付之費用或/及款項。
10. Pier 1929保留活動的唯一及所有決定權，可以隨時取消、延後或修改有關活動的任何內容(包括但不限於地點、日期、時間、表演或其他項目、設施進入要求、禮品、折扣或其他優惠)或修改相關條款及細則而不作另行通知且不承擔任何退款、賠償或其他責任。
11. 如有任何爭議，Pier 1929保留最終決定權。
12. 條款及細則之中、英文版如有歧義時，一概以英文版為準。
